Kirstin Orr was named director of digital strategy in September 2014 after serving as NAFCU'sdigital content strategist since 2012. In her current role, Orr oversees and guides the association's overarching digital strategy to ensure seamless integration of digital efforts with overall member communications. She is responsible for managing NAFCU's web properties, digital content, and other digital channels and projects throughout the association. Most recently, Orr led the successful redesign of nafcu.org to a more user-friendly and completely responsive website. She also writes the social media tips and tricks column for NAFCU's bi-monthly magazine, The Federal Credit Union.
Prior to her career at NAFCU, Orr worked for NAFCU Services Corporation as the senior associate director of marketing, and prior to that, as the marketing manager.
Orr earned her bachelor's degree in marketing management from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
