How do I login to the NAFCU Online Training Center?
Once you purchase an online training subscription or course, you can start developing your expertise immediately.
What if I don’t have a NAFCU username or password or I forgot it?
No problem. Go to the NAFCU Online Training Center. Click “Forgot my password or my username” first to make sure you don’t already have an account. If you do not already have an account, click “Create an account,” and follow the instructions. If you experience login trouble, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 800-344-5580.
Why does each person at our credit union need their own login? We used to have a single company login.

How do I view live webcasts?
Once logged in to the Online Training Center, click on Live Compliance Webcasts on the Industry’s Hottest Topics under “My Courses.” Select the webcast from the list of modules (upcoming live webcasts appear at the top). Select “Launch,” followed by “Click here to begin” on the next screen.
Once the live webcast begins, you should see and hear the presenters in the video window on the left side of the screen. You should see the presentation on the right side of your screen. See system requirements and other webcast FAQs. Will I receive live webcast reminders?
As the subscription purchaser, you will automatically receive live webcast reminders a few days before each webcast. You can always check out the webcast line-up. New webcasts are added continuously.
How can I print live webcast handouts?
Handouts are available within the webcast screen, which will be available 5 hours prior to the start time. At the top right hand corner, you will see “CLICK HERE for Handouts.” We suggest you log in a few minutes early to print handouts. If you need handouts sooner, please email email@example.com.
How can I view the on-demand version of a live webcast?
After the webcast, you will be able to view the on-demand version in Live Compliance Webcasts on the Industry’s Hottest Topics under “My Courses.” The on-demand version will be available here for 12 months following the date of the live webcast. After that, it may be archived in the library for continued viewing.
I am an NCCO. How do I receive Continuing Education Credits towards my certification?
NCCOs will automatically receive CEUs for participating in qualifying live or on-demand webcasts (most webcasts qualify for 1.5 CEUs). You must be logged in with your individual NAFCU website login to receive credit. If you do not see the appropriate credits awarded or did not complete webcast participation, please email us to adjust your credits accordingly.
How many users per credit union branch can be logged in to each webcast?
There is no limit to the number of participants that can view the webcast. With your purchase, your entire credit union has access. However, each individual should log in with his or her individual NAFCU username and password.
What if I can’t view the webcast at the time of the live broadcast?
If you can’t view the webcast on the day of the live broadcast, check system requirements. You may also contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 800-344-5580. Plus, your subscription entitles you to on-demand access for one year.
How do I request a copy of the webcast on CD?
To request your CD copy for each webcast, please send an email to email@example.com with the following information:

Are webcasts ever changed or cancelled?
NAFCU prides itself on offering you the most up-to-date topics relevant to the challenges that credit unions are facing. It is possible that webcasts may be postponed in order to accommodate a hot-topic webcast related to an upcoming or recently passed regulation or rule.
In the event that this does occur, you will be notified immediately. We will do our best to reschedule the postponed webcast and inform you of the new date.
