Larry Fazio joined NCUA in 1991 as an Examiner in Chicago. During his career with NCUA, Fazio has served as a Supervision Analyst, a Supervisory Examiner in Detroit, the Director of Supervision in the Chicago regional office, the Director of Risk Management in the Office of Examination and Insurance, the Deputy Director of the Office of Examination and Insurance, and NCUA's Deputy Executive Director. In June 2011, he was selected as the Director of the Office of Examination and Insurance. Fazio is responsible for providing leadership over the agency's examination and supervision program.

JiJi Bahhur heads NAFCU's multi-faceted compliance assistance program, which provides direct assistance to member credit unions, blog postings, detailed publications, comprehensive trainings, and all related efforts to assist member credit unions with their compliance responsibilities. She also oversees all of NAFCU's compliance-related products and services, including the Credit Union Compliance GPS and online training for board and new staff members. Prior to joining NAFCU, Bahhur served nearly three years as In-House Counsel/Director of Compliance for Washington Gas Light Federal Credit Union.
Director of Regulatory Affairs, NAFCU
Alicia Nealon was named director of regulatory affairs in December 2014. In this role, she serves as staff liaison to federal regulatory agencies; assists in handling the development and implementation of the association's regulatory policies; and conducts analysis, interpretation and explanation of policy issues that have an impact on NAFCU's members. Nealon began her career at NAFCU in December 2013 as regulatory compliance counsel. Prior to joining NAFCU, Nealon worked in the Office of General Counsel at the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA). She is a graduate of the Duquesne University School of Law and holds a bachelor's degree from St. Joseph's University. She is a member of the Pennsylvania State Bar and the American Bar Association.
Regulatory Compliance Counsel, NAFCU
Brandy Bruyere was named regulatory compliance counsel in December 2013. In this role, Bruyere helps credit unions with a variety of compliance issues and also writes articles for NAFCU publications, such as the NAFCU Compliance Blog. Prior to joining NAFCU, Bruyere worked as a financial law and policy analyst for the University of Maryland Center for Health and Homeland Security. She also interned for Fannie Mae and the Maryland U.S. Attorney's office while attending law school.
Senior Regulatory Compliance Counsel, NAFCU
Bernadette Clair assists NAFCU-member credit unions with a variety of compliance issues, authors compliance articles for NAFCU publications such as the Compliance Monitor and NAFCU Compliance Blog, and addresses regulatory topics at NAFCU educational events and conferences. Prior to joining NAFCU, Clair worked for Congressional Federal Credit Union in Oakton, Va., as a compliance specialist and a Bank Secrecy Act and regulatory compliance manager.
